Multiplex 1
Centralized industrial laundry dosing system for up to 5 washing machines
Its compact design, space-saving makes is the ideal solution for small to medium-sized industrial laundries, laundromats and similar facilities. Capable of dispensing up to 6 chemicals, it supports a daily production capacity of up to 1000 kg with a pump flow of 1,5 L per minute. The system includes an integrated distribution manifold, pressure regulator and paddle wheel flowmeter for precise and reliable performance.

Multiplex 1 pro
Ideal for medium size industrial laundries, with its modular and scalable design adapts to different installations, combined with external distribution manifold or expansion channels. Capable of supporting up to 8 washing machines and dispensing up to 8 chemicals, with a daily production capacity up to 1,800 kg. Choose from different pumps options, including electric pumps of 1,5 L/min or pneumatic pump, with a flow rate of 2,5 L/min, to suit your specific needs.

Multiplex Tunnel
Specially designed for continuous batch washers. This system is tailored and fully configurable to meet the unique needs of every washing tunnel. Designed as a floor-mounted unit, the main system includes 4 channels and can be easily expanded with additional units, each providing 2 more channels for additional injection points
Multiplex 2 pro
Ideal for large industrial operations, this modular unit is designed for maximum flexibility, featuring an onboard touch screen, flow meter control, and can be combined with additional channels and external distributor, with pneumatic or electric valves. It can handle up to 12 washing machines with a production of 4.000 kg/day. Users can choose between an electric or pneumatic pump with flow rates of either 1,5 L/min or 5 L/min, to meet their specific operational needs.

Signal box
It is required in a Multiplex install and enables important features like AFS (auto formula select) and machine pausing. It acts as a communication unit between the dosing unit and the washers, carrying important information like dosing triggers and wash program information.
